Mitch's Oh Yeah! gourmet spices are unique blends containing the following ingredients: garlic powder, paprika, kosher salt, onion powder, red pepper, black pepper and other natural spices. To preserve freshness and purity of flavor, no chemicals, preservatives or anti-clumping agents are added to Mitch's Oh Yeah! If you experience clumping, shake bottle vigorously or gently tap on the palm of the hand. Please store with the lid firmly secured in a dry place. It is also best not to shake the bottle directly into a steaming pot which will introduce moisture.Grilling Tips:
Liberally apply Mitch’s Oh Yeah! Gourmet Spice Blends to your favorite cuts of meat, fish and vegetables before and during grilling. You can also liven up your grilling by sprinkling Mitch’s Oh Yeah! on your favorite BBQ sauce a minute or two before the meat is ready.Marinade Tips:
Place your favorite meat in a Ziplock® (tri-tip is a great option) and add one or two tablespoons of Mitch’s Oh Yeah! to your favorite marinade or an oil-based salad dressing and marinate overnight. Poke holes in the tri-tip with a fork before marinating. You can also do a quick marinade by sprinkling Mitch's Oh Yeah! on the meat and rub it in or marinate in soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar or a combination of any four.
